Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "You", or "Your") and 8idapk ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://8idapk.cam. By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a wager, or using any feature of the 8idapk platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 8idapk platform. Your continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full.

Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and expressions have the meanings set out below:

Eligibility

To open an Account and access the Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the 8idapk platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 8idapk enforces a strict minimum age policy and will require documentary proof of age during the KYC process.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise legally permitted to access online betting platforms under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must be acting as a private individual in your own name and on your own behalf — not as a professional gambler, agent, syndicate member, or representative of any commercial entity.
• You must not be subject to any existing self-exclusion agreement with 8idapk or any other platform with which 8idapk has a shared exclusion arrangement.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Indonesia.
• You must not have had an Account previously suspended or permanently closed by 8idapk for breach of these Terms.

8idapk reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such evidence within the timeframe specified by our compliance team may result in suspension of your Account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or through oversight — are strictly prohibited. If 8idapk identifies that a Player holds more than one Account, we reserve the right to close all duplicate Accounts, consolidate balances at our discretion, and void any Bonus Funds associated with the duplicate Account(s).

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, active mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration details constitutes an immediate breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your 8idapk Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 8idapk will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until such time as you notify 8idapk of an unauthorised access event in writing.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any point determined necessary by our compliance team, 8idapk will require you to complete identity verification (KYC). Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (KTP, SIM, or passport), proof of residential address issued within the past three months, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. 8idapk may request additional documentation at its discretion. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the stipulated period will have pending withdrawals placed on hold.

Deposits & Withdrawals

8idapk processes all financial transactions in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata (local bank transfers), and e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Accepted methods may change without notice; current methods are displayed on the Platform.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method; current limits are published within the Platform's cashier section. 8idapk does not charge a deposit fee, although your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which 8idapk accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method and account holder name used for your most recent deposit, subject to the same-method and same-name matching rule. 8idapk targets withdrawal processing within 60 minutes for verified accounts, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Processing times may extend during periods of exceptionally high volume or when additional verification is required. 8idapk reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending investigation if unusual account activity is detected.

All Funds on the 8idapk platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Large number formatting on the Platform uses a dot as the thousands separator in line with Indonesian convention (e.g., Rp 1.000.000 = one million Rupiah). 8idapk does not currently support multi-currency wallets.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits ("Promotions") offered by 8idapk are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, product eligibility conditions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps that are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific Promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific Promotion's terms shall prevail with respect to that Promotion only.

Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable Promotion terms before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by product; for example, sportsbook bets typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements, while certain casino games may contribute at a lower rate or be excluded entirely. These contribution rates are published on each Promotion's dedicated terms page.

8idapk employs automated and manual monitoring to detect Promotion abuse. Behaviours that constitute abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same Promotion more than once; placing offsetting bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (bonus arbitrage); using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions on Promotions; and coordinating with other players to systematically exploit promotional terms. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have its Bonus Funds and any derived winnings voided, and may be permanently closed.

8idapk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any active Promotion at any time and without prior notice, including Promotions that a Player has already opted into, subject to honouring any wagering already completed in good faith prior to the modification.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets offered by 8idapk — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Timnas Indonesia fixtures across the Piala AFF and FIFA World Cup qualification rounds, badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit round), and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire) — are governed by the specific sport and market rules published within the Platform.

Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to be settled as winning for the full payout to apply. Any settlement of a single leg as void will result in that selection being removed from the accumulator, with the bet recalculated on the remaining legs. Voor bola (Asian Handicap) markets are settled in accordance with the specific handicap rules published in the Platform's sportsbook help section.

For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) products, official draw results are published on the Platform immediately upon receipt from the relevant draw operator. In the event of a discrepancy between a result displayed on the Platform and the authoritative draw result, the authoritative draw result shall prevail and affected wagers will be resettled accordingly.

8idapk reserves the right to void any wager placed on a market that was published in error — including markets with incorrect odds, incorrect handicap lines, or incorrect event details — and to refund the original stake to the Player's Account. Winnings generated from bets placed on demonstrably erroneous markets will not be paid.

For sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting) live betting markets, outcomes are determined by the official presiding referee at the relevant venue. Bets on events that are cancelled or abandoned before a result is determined will be voided and stakes returned. Meron (red corner) and Wala (blue corner) market terminology follows standard industry conventions.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8idapk platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and, in serious cases, permanent closure and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or automated systems to interact with the Platform in any way not expressly permitted.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors in published odds, or technical malfunctions for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports fraud — whether in relation to events offered on 8idapk or otherwise.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or similar technology to disguise your geographic location or to circumvent Platform access restrictions.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity (money laundering). All suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 8idapk staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 8idapk platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, software code, interface designs, data compilations, and marketing materials — is the property of 8idapk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 8idapk content without prior written authorisation. The 8idapk name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of 8idapk. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

Privacy & Data

8idapk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at https://8idapk.cam/privacy-policy and forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8idapk will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and game studios is subject to those parties' own privacy policies and is limited to what is strictly necessary for the provision of the relevant service.

Responsible Gaming

8idapk is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all adult players. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, all of which take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set thresholds that prevent further play once a defined loss amount has been reached within a given period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic notifications and optional forced log-out after a session duration of your choosing.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of your total time played and net session result.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for its stated duration and is actioned within 24 hours of the request being received.
• Account Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without formal self-exclusion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8idapk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 8idapk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8idapk's aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Rp 10.000.000 (ten million Indonesian Rupiah), whichever is lower.

8idapk does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions, for which 8idapk accepts no liability. Wagers already accepted and confirmed prior to a maintenance window will be honoured.

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Amendments to These Terms

8idapk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — that is, where it would meaningfully affect your rights or obligations as a Player — 8idapk will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to your registered address and via an in-Platform notification banner.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of a clause, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law) may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 8idapk is licensed to operate.

In the first instance, disputes should be raised with the 8idapk customer support team via the contact details set out in Clause 15. 8idapk commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours (WIB) and to providing a substantive response within 14 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism before commencing any court proceedings.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights pending the outcome of a dispute resolution process.
