Our Story
8idapk was built with one clear purpose: to give Indonesian players a betting and gaming platform that meets the highest international standards while feeling genuinely local. Here is the story behind the brand.
Who We Are
8idapk was established to address a clear gap in the Indonesian online betting market: the absence of a platform that combines international-grade technology with genuine, deep-rooted local market understanding. While many global operators treat Indonesia as a secondary consideration — adjusting a handful of payment methods and calling it localisation — 8idapk was architected from the ground up with Indonesian players at the centre of every product decision. From the sports markets we price to the customer support language we staff, every feature on the 8idapk platform reflects a deliberate choice made with the Indonesian betting community in mind.
Our mission is straightforward: to provide adult players across Indonesia with a secure, fair, and genuinely entertaining online betting and gaming environment. We believe that responsible entertainment should be accessible without unnecessary complexity. Depositing via BCA or BRI should take seconds, not minutes. Placing a mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) on BRI Liga 1 fixtures should feel intuitive. Getting answers in Bahasa Indonesia should never require navigating a maze of English-only help documentation. 8idapk was built to remove exactly those friction points that players had accepted as inevitable.
Transparency is the operating principle that underpins everything at 8idapk. We publish RTP percentages for every slot title in our library. We write our Terms & Conditions in plain, readable language rather than burying obligations in deliberately opaque legalese. We enforce responsible-gaming limits in real time — a deposit cap set on 8idapk is honoured immediately, not after a 24-hour review window. Players deserve to know exactly where they stand, and 8idapk has no interest in obscuring that information.
8idapk serves adult players aged 21 and above across the Indonesian archipelago — from Jakarta and Surabaya to Medan, Bandung, Bali, Makassar, Semarang, and Yogyakarta. Our player base is deliberately diverse: seasoned sports bettors who track EPL and La Liga standings obsessively, casual slot enthusiasts who enjoy a short session during their lunch break, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) fans who want transparent draw results they can verify, and live casino players who seek the atmosphere of a real table from their smartphone. 8idapk was designed to serve all of them within a single, cohesive platform experience.
What differentiates 8idapk from the competition is the combination of scale and local depth. Our sportsbook covers BRI Liga 1 with Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, Bali United, and every other club — alongside the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia matches across Piala AFF and FIFA World Cup qualifiers. Our games library features over 5,000 titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. And our payment infrastructure supports instant transactions via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja — the payment methods that reflect how Indonesians actually manage their daily finances.
8idapk's commitment to the Indonesian market is long-term. We invest continuously in platform stability, security infrastructure, and responsible-gaming tooling because we understand that trust, once lost, is difficult to rebuild. The 8idapk team brings together professionals with backgrounds spanning fintech, gaming operations, regulatory compliance, customer experience, and software engineering. All of them are aligned on a single objective: making 8idapk the most trusted name in Indonesian online betting — not through marketing claims, but through consistent, transparent, and fair daily operation.
Our Core Values
Adults Only — 21+ strictly enforced. 8idapk requires all players to be at least 21 years of age. Age verification is conducted at registration and again at the point of withdrawal. If you believe a minor is attempting to access the platform, please contact our support team immediately.
Licensed & Regulated
8idapk operates under an international gaming licence and adheres to robust anti-money-laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols. All data is transmitted via 256-bit SSL encryption. Independent third-party laboratories certify our RNG-based games for fairness on a regular audit cycle. We do not fabricate outcomes — ever.
Platform Highlights
Six pillars that define the 8idapk experience for every player, every session.
Every 8idapk account is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and 24/7 real-time fraud monitoring. Our security architecture is designed to the same standards applied in Indonesian fintech and digital banking — because your funds and personal data deserve nothing less.
8idapk supports the widest local payment network of any major online betting platform operating in Indonesia. Deposit and withdraw instantly via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja — with transactions confirmed in under 60 seconds around the clock.
The 8idapk sportsbook offers tight margins on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League — consistently outperforming industry averages on key fixtures. Markets include 1X2, Asian Handicap (voor bola), mix parlay, Over/Under, Both Teams to Score, and in-play live betting.
From Pragmatic Play's Gates of Olympus and Evolution Gaming's live dealer tables to Spribe's Aviator crash game and daily togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws — 8idapk aggregates the most comprehensive game portfolio available to Indonesian players on a single platform.
8idapk embeds responsible-gaming tools directly into the player dashboard: real-time deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality-check reminders, and self-exclusion — all enforced immediately with no cooling-off delay. We treat responsible gaming as a core product feature, not a compliance checkbox.
Our customer service team includes native Indonesian-speaking agents available during WIB business hours (08:00–24:00, seven days a week). Live chat, email, and WhatsApp channels are all staffed and monitored — with average first-response times under two minutes during peak hours.
Our Journey
From a focused regional sportsbook to Indonesia's most comprehensive online betting platform — the 8idapk story is one of consistent, deliberate growth driven by player feedback and operational excellence.
8idapk launched its first product: a dedicated sportsbook covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, and Champions League. Initial payment support included BCA and BRI bank transfers. The platform attracted its first wave of dedicated sports bettors across Jakarta and Surabaya who valued accurate odds and reliable payouts.
8idapk added a live casino lobby powered by Evolution Gaming, an RNG table games section, and its first togel markets covering 4D, 3D, and 2D draws. This expansion tripled the registered member base and established 8idapk as a full-service gaming destination rather than a sportsbook-only platform.
Responding directly to player feedback, 8idapk integrated OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja alongside existing bank transfer channels. The platform was rebuilt as a mobile-first progressive web application, improving load times and gameplay smoothness on mid-range Android devices — the dominant hardware among Indonesian bettors.
8idapk rolled out its full responsible-gaming toolkit — including real-time deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, and self-exclusion — alongside a comprehensive security infrastructure upgrade featuring 2FA, enhanced AML monitoring, and independent RNG certification for all applicable game titles.
Today, 8idapk serves over 2.5 million registered adult members across Indonesia, maintaining 99.6% platform uptime over the past twelve months and processing billions of Rupiah in daily payouts. Development focus for the current phase centres on e-sports betting expansion — covering Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, and Free Fire — and further enhancement of the sabung ayam live streaming experience.
Who We Serve
8idapk is designed for adult Indonesian players who expect international quality delivered with local understanding.
Follows BRI Liga 1 and EPL closely, builds mix parlay accumulators on weekend fixtures, and demands sharp odds with reliable in-play streaming. 8idapk is built to match exactly this profile — with market depth and live data that serious bettors require.
Enjoys short sessions on popular titles like Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza, values low minimum stakes, and appreciates a clean mobile interface that loads fast on a standard Indonesian mobile data connection. 8idapk's slot lobby caters to this player with intuitive filtering and transparent RTP data.
Prefers the atmosphere of a real dealer over RNG-based games. Plays Baccarat, Lightning Roulette, or Crazy Time on Evolution Gaming's live studios. Requires reliable HD video streaming and fast bet settlement. 8idapk's live casino lobby operates 24 hours a day with no buffering interruptions on standard broadband.
Plays togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) regularly across 4D, 3D, and 2D markets. Values transparent, publicly verifiable draw results and favourable discount structures for high-volume play. 8idapk publishes togel results immediately and operates multiple draw sessions daily.
Our Commitment
We recognise that a small proportion of players may develop problematic gambling habits over time. 8idapk takes this seriously and invests in tools, training, and policies that enable early intervention. If gambling is affecting your finances, relationships, or mental wellbeing, please use our self-exclusion feature or reach out to our support team — no questions asked, no judgment, immediate action.
